Services & Process
Do you film on location?
Yes. We bring professional cinema equipment directly to your business location. This includes:
- Cinema cameras (not iPhone footage)
- Professional lighting equipment
- Audio recording gear
- Gimbals, sliders, and stabilization equipment
We schedule production days in advance, show up on time, and capture everything needed in a single visit (typically 2-4 hours depending on your package).
No studio visits required. We come to you.
Do you manage social pages or just send files?
We fully manage your social presence. This includes:
- Scheduling posts at optimal times
- Writing captions with brand voice
- Hashtag research and optimization
- Publishing content consistently
- Monitoring comments and engagement
- Responding to inquiries (when needed)
You don’t have to log into your account, remember to post, or write captions. We handle the entire process so you can focus on running your business.
Note: You retain full ownership of your accounts. We just manage them on your behalf.
Do you run ads?
Yes. Our Authority and Domination programs include Instagram ad management.
What we handle:
- Geo-targeted campaigns focused on Cleveland-area customers
- Custom audience creation based on demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Ad creative selection and optimization
- Budget allocation and daily monitoring
- A/B testing to improve performance
- Monthly reporting on ad results
What you provide:
- A separate monthly ad budget (typically $500-$2,000/month depending on goals)
Our management fee covers strategy and execution. Your ad budget goes directly to Meta/Instagram to reach customers.
Investment & Contracts
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — with one caveat:
Minimum Terms:
- Presence & Authority Programs: 3-month minimum
- Domination Program: 12-month minimum
After the minimum term, you can cancel at the end of any billing cycle without penalty. We don’t lock clients into perpetual contracts.
Why minimum terms? Quality growth takes time. We need at least 3 months to build momentum, optimize strategy, and deliver measurable results. Clients who stick with us longer see compounding returns — but we earn your business every month.
What's included in the pricing?
Our program pricing includes everything needed to manage your social presence:
- On-location filming with professional equipment
- Video editing and color grading
- Content scheduling and publishing
- Caption writing and hashtag strategy
- Comment monitoring and engagement
- Monthly analytics and reporting
- Strategy guidance (Authority & Domination programs)
- Instagram ad management (Authority & Domination programs)
What’s NOT included:
- Your Instagram ad spend budget (separate from our management fee)
- Printed materials or physical marketing assets
- Website design/development
- Management of platforms beyond Instagram (available as add-on)

Step 3: Onboarding & Planning
We’ll gather brand assets, discuss visual direction, and schedule your first production day.
Step 4: First Production Shoot
We show up at your location with professional equipment and capture everything needed.
Step 5: Content Goes Live
Within 1-2 weeks of filming, your content starts publishing consistently.
How long does onboarding take?
From contract signing to your first content going live: 2-3 weeks.
Week 1: Onboarding, brand review, first production day scheduled
Week 2: First production shoot, editing begins
Week 3: Content starts publishing, ad campaigns launch (if applicable)
